Shipping guide for Fanstore.com.au

Fanstore.com.au offers flat rate shipping for all orders a flat rate of $14.95. Shipping outside Australia you will need to contact us via email admin@fanstore.com.au.

All Orders placed will Be dispatched Between 1-3 business days via Australia Post e-parcel Or Startrack. You will receive your tracking Number as soon as your order is shipped, so that you can Track your delivery.

If you put Authority to Leave (ATL) on your order description, e-parcel should leave at your doorstep or in your letter box without the need for your signature. If all items you have ordered are in stock, your delivery should arrive within 1-4 days (unless you are in a regional area where it may take up to 5-7 days).

Refunds, exchanges and returns

Fanstore.com.au return policy is very simple; if you are unhappy with any products please phone or email the team directly to resolve. Fanstore.com.au will replace or refund any broken or faulty items immediately. If there are any other specific issues with anything else, Fanstore.com.au will resolve these on a case by case basis.
